We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Sharp Edges. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

· 30-Day Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
· Unused Condition: Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
· Original Tags: All original tags and labels must be attached
· Proof of Purchase: Return form or order number required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

· Used knives or sharpened blades
· Opened knife care products
· Personalized or custom-made items
· Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)

Return Process

Step 1: Request Return Authorization

Email us at contact   thesharpedges45@gmail.com  with:

· Your order number
· Product name and reason for return
· Photos of the item (if damaged)

Step 2: Wait for Approval

We'll respond within 24-48 hours with:

· Return authorization number
· Shipping instructions and address
· Return form (if needed)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

· Package items securely in original packaging
· Include the return form
· Use a trackable shipping method
· Customer pays return shipping costs

Refunds

Processing Timeline

· 5-7 business days after we receive your return
· Refunds issued to your original payment method
· You'll receive email confirmation when processed

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if:

· Items are returned used or damaged
· Parts are missing from sets
· Original packaging is damaged

Shipping Costs

· Original shipping costs are non-refundable
· Return shipping fees are customer's responsibility

Exchanges

We currently offer refunds only rather than direct exchanges. To get a different item:

1. Return the original product for a refund
2. Place a new order for the desired item

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

· Contact us within 7 days of delivery
· Provide photos of the damage/defect
· We'll arrange a replacement or refund
· We cover return shipping for defective items

International Returns

International customers:

· Follow the same return process
· You're responsible for return shipping costs
· Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
· Return to our Pakistan facility address
